I worked at Starbucks for 6 years. This is absolutely a thing that happens.

LOL the lid came off of some ladies pumpkin spice latte in the drive through and she said it spilled all over her “white pup”.  She wanted us to pay to get him groomed.  And a few days later she came and filled out an incident report and said her dog won’t leave the house due to anxiety.
